This is a Quick & Easy Method of आलू गोबी Recipe In Marathi by Smita Deo where Potato and Cauliflower are cooked in a curd & milk based spicy gravy. <br />Make this Dhaba Style Aloo Gobi recipe at home and share your experience with us in the comments section below. <br /> <br /> <br />Ingredients:- <br />2 tbsp ghee <br />1 tsp cumin seeds <br />5 green chillies chopped <br />500 gm cauliflower florets <br />500 gm potatoes <br />1 tsp chilli powder <br />1 tsp cumin seed powder <br />1 tsp coriander seed powder <br />½ cup yogurt <br />¼ cup milk <br />1 tsp garam masala <br />Juice of a lemon <br />½ tsp turmeric powder <br />1” ginger juliennes <br />Salt to taste <br />¼ cup fresh coriander finely chopped <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />- Steam the potatoes and the cauliflower. <br />- Heat the ghee and add the cumin seeds and the green chillies. <br />- Add the chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander seed powder, turmeric powder, yoghurt and the milk and fry for 3-4 minutes then add the salt. <br />- Add potatoes and the cauliflower and sauté it well. <br />- Sprinkle the garam masala powder, coriander, lemon juice and the ginger and cover and cook for a minute. <br />- Serve hot with chapati or naan.
